Official Designation: Sales Head (India)

Synopsis

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; project and track team/region targets weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • Manage and support a team made of internal (sales reps) and external (distributors) members. 
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Develop relationships with clients.
  • Create a pipeline for leads & qualification process.
  • Resourceful, dynamic, strategic thinker and independent with Strong Analytical Skills and Financial acumen.

Education/Experience

  • 5+ years experience in high-end medical device sales (USG, X-ray, Imaging devices)
  • Sales experience in Women's Health, ObGyn and Oncology space 
  • Bachelors degree + MBA preferred 

Renumeration

  • Base Salary + Performance based incentives
