What started as an email from Goa State's Health Minister in India, resulted in a full blown public health movement - now on its way to benefit 100,000 women! Kudos to the Health Minister, Shri. Vishwajit Rane, Yuvraj Singh Foundation (YouWeCan) and the State Bank of India!
