A hands-on role that will own the domain of ‘All Things Marketing’ at UE LifeSciences. The individual will work with our leadership team. Be ready to be hands-on from day one!
Lead the development and implementation of result oriented B2B and B2C marketing strategies, build effective product positioning plans leading to KOL engagement and sales expansion. From conference planning and lead gen to social media and web strategy and from managing corporate/product brand identity, planning strategic initiatives and events to creating viral online campaigns; all of it!
Plan, develop and execute the overall marketing strategy at the product (iBreastExam) and corporate (UE LifeSciences) level in various geographies across South Asia & South-East Asia.
Bring B2B and B2C leads to sales teams locally, regionally and globally.
Enrich company and product websites. Grow social media community, drive online and offline engagement initiatives, design/develop viral-grade online content (video, info-graphical), launch and measure social media campaigns.
Execute product literature, brochures, data sheets, white papers, clinical documentation, infographics, marketing presentations for various sales teams globally. Design and distribute periodic company newsletter and measure engagement. Create and maintain brand guidelines across product/company.
Identify and manage PR, Blogger and Media relations.
Min. 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience working in fast-paced environment. Have experience with new product planning from launch to market penetration with deep focus in med-tech, heath-tech, pharma or healthcare fields.
Bachelor's degree + MBA in marketing preferred
